Return & Refund Policy

An original sales receipt must accompany all returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be made within 30 days.

Stock Items:

• All returns must be in full, unopened cartons in resalable condition.

Special Order Items:

• No returns and no refunds on special order items

Refunds will be paid out made in following manner

• Returns, that were originally paid for in cash, of $50.00 or less will refunded via a cash refund
• Returns, that were originally paid for in cash or check, over $50.00 will be refunded via a Roma Tile Company check made out and mailed to the person/company that purchased the original order. Allow 2 weeks processing for the check payment.
• Returns that were originally paid for with a credit/debit card will be refunded to the same Credit/Debit Card.
