Warehouse Position

Roma Tile, established in 1982, is a family owned business that operates two locations in Massachusetts. We are a direct importer, distributor and retailer of ceramic tile and related materials. Our distribution center is located in Littleton, MA and is where we receive, ship and stock material.

We are currently hiring a full time warehouse associate for our distribution center in Littleton, MA. As a member of the Roma Tile Warehouse team, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment as well as other warehouse related duties and assignments.

The qualified applicant shall be polite, courteous and the consummate team player. Experience with material handling, shipping and receiving is preferred. A Class B CDL is also preferred but not required. An ideal candidate must be a team player who is willing to adapt to various roles from filling orders, stocking the warehouse and assisting with special projects at the discretion of the warehouse manager. Safety and attention to detail are paramount in our distribution center.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to push/pull/lift up to 75+ lbs.
  • Ability to use and/or learn proper forklift operation
  • Ability to read and understand order forms and serial numbers
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • High School diploma or equivalent
