Showroom Sales

Roma Tile, established in 1982, is a family owned business that operates two locations in Massachusetts. We are a direct importer, distributor and retailer of porcelain and ceramic tile and related materials. Our retail sales showroom is located in Watertown, MA and is where we display industry leading brands in a clean and professional showroom setting.

We are currently hiring a full time salesperson for our retail showroom in Watertown, MA. As a member of the Roma Tile Sales and Design team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting ceramic tile, stone and related products for their various home improvement and building projects. Salespersons will work with clients including homeowners, designers and builders alike. Salespersons will help their clients with cultivating their design ideas and making them into a reality.

The qualified applicant shall be polite and courteous and the consummate professional in a client facing position. Communication and organizational skills are a must and someone with a design acumen is preferred. An ideal candidate must be a team player who possess the ability to solve problems with creativity while being attentive to the client’s needs. A candidate who has excellent attention to detail and is able to adapt in a changing environment will thrive in this role.

This position requires one evening per week and Saturday hours. Our employees enjoy one day off per week to compensate for the evening and Saturday hours.
